The Central Working Committee (CWC) of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) elected Nawaz Sharif as its president, report said. He has been elected unopposed. Nawaz has already been chosen by senior PML-N figures to be the party president after 10 years. Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has been elected senior vice president and Raja Zafarul Haq has been elected chairman of the party.
